To Promote Human Resources Capacities In The Developing Countries Through Intensive Training And To Enhance International Understanding And Friendship Amoung Peoples Of The World And The People Of Israel.The Government Of Israel Is Placing At The Disposal Of UNESCO A Number Of Fellowships For The Benefit Of Certain Member States (Especially The Least Developed Countries) Within The Framework Of The UNESCO Fellowships Programme. Beneficiaries Of These Fellowships Will Be Given The Opportunity Of Participating In A Variety Of Training Courses In Israel, Conducted Under The Sponsorship Of The MASHAV, Israel’s Agency For International Develoment Cooperation

PhD Scholarships in Management, UK

The University of Southampton’s School of Management is internationally recognised as one of the UK’s leading centres for management education and research.
The School will be offering a small number of PhD Scholarships for full-time entry on 29 September 2011.
We will consider applications to undertake research in any area of: Accounting, Accountability and Governance, Banking, Corporate Social Responsibility, Entrepreneurship, Financial Markets, Health Management, Human Resources, Information Technology/Systems, Innovation, Management Science, Marketing, Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Research, Risk, Supply Chain Management, and Strategy.
One of the scholarships will specifically be awarded for the area of “Quantitative management science/operational research”, involving research in green logistics and transport, healthcare, optimization and heuristics.

StuNed Scholarships Programme 2011, Netherlands

StuNed, Studeren in Nederland, is a scholarship programme focusing on mid-career professionals, as part of the bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and the Netherlands. The scholarship programme aims to contribute to the development of Indonesia through strengthening the human resources of Indonesian organisations. Individual applicants may apply for master degree or short courses in the Netherlands, whilst institutions may apply through the StuNed Group Application and/or for refresher courses.
The StuNed programme is supporting the Dutch policy for development co-operation with Indonesia and aims to contribute to the achievement of the UN Millennium Development Goals in 2015. The framework for the bilateral relations between the Netherlands government with Indonesia is laid down in the Multi-Annual Strategic Plan 2008-2011 (MASP). The overall objective is to strengthen bilateral relations and to support Indonesia in realizing its medium term development goals.
