University of Westminster Master’s Scholarships for Applicants from Uganda, UK

Unless you are eligible for any of the specific scholarships below, you should tell us honestly the level of funding you require and if you are awarded a scholarship we will decide which one to offer you.

Please note that you should only apply for the level of funding you actually need as we assume that you are applying for the minimum funding you require to take the course and we do not consider you for smaller scholarships if you are unsuccessful in gaining the larger one.Full tuition fee waivers, accommodation, living expenses and flights to and from London.

Eligibility: You must be from Uganda, and hold an offer for a full-time Masters degree at the University. Criteria: Academic excellence, development potential and financial need.

2011 Westminster International Scholarships at University of Westminster, UK

Full tuition fee waivers, accommodation, living expenses and flights to and from London.

Eligibility: You must be an international student from a developing country and hold an offer for a full-time Masters degree.

Criteria: Academic excellence, development potential and financial need.These generous awards are aimed at fully funding you if you are from a developing country and will study a full-time Masters degree at the University. Particular preference will be given to you if you can demonstrate how the knowledge you acquire from your studies will aid the development of your own country.

Humanities Postgraduate Alumni Scholarship at University of Exeter, UK

University of Exeter undergraduate alumni wishing to study for a Masters degree within the College of Humanities can benefit from a £1,000 scholarship towards tuition fees. In order to be eligible for the award, in addition to any other programme entry requirements, you must obtain a minimum of 2.1 undergraduate degree.The award is open to anyone who completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Exeter, regardless of department, in the last 4 years, or is due to complete their degree this academic year.

There is no separate application process for this award, but we do encourage you to apply by 31 August as there may be some delay in processing awards for students who accept their place after this date. Please note you cannot hold two scholarships concurrently, so if you are in receipt of another scholarship when you register on the programme, you will not receive this award.
