2.) Scholarships for Graduate Students enrolled in Institutions outside Thailand
3.) Distinguished Scholar Grants

Requirement
Recipients are required to submit an original unpublished paper by 15 June 2011 research paper by 15 June 2011. Institute of Thai Studies,Chulalongkorn University, reserves the right of publicationor dissemination of the research paper.

The MC Ainsworth Scholarship in Neurosciences, Australia

The Scholarship is established to encourage students to undertake Postgraduate Research in the field of neuroscience. To be eligible for this Scholarship, an applicant must be undertaking or proposing to enrol in a full-time Masters by Research or PhD in the field of neuroscience. Applicants will be assessed on the basis of academic merit and a statement detailing the reasons for undertaking study in the field of neuroscience. The value of the Scholarship is $2,000 payable in one lump sum. The tenure of the scholarship is for one year only. Completed application forms and any supporting documentation should be scanned and emailed (preferably as a single pdf document) to the Graduate Research School on scholarships.grs@unsw.edu.au by the specified closing date.

EUROSA – Europe & South Africa Partnership Scholarship Program for Human Development: Agricultural Sciences, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning

The EUROSA group awards 88 grants in total to support South African mobility to Europe at master, PhD and staff level. The duration of the mobility periods may vary from 1 to 34 months according to type and level of mobility. Grants include a monthly allowance, health insurance, tuition fees (if applicable) and travel costs from South Africa to Europe.

Who can apply?

· South African nationals only
· master students, PhD students and staff studying or working at one of the South African partner institutions (= TARGET GROUP 1)
· master students and PhD students a) registered at one of the South African universities that are not part of the EUROSA network or b) master students and PhD students having obtained a first diploma at a South African higher education institution (= TARGET GROUP 2)

The EUROSA group encourages the participation of historically disadvantaged, economically deprived, and disabled individuals with excellent academic potential.
