Mass Communication | Scholarship for Nigerians and Africans - Part 2

Fulbright Egyptian Scholar Program, USA

This Program provides opportunities for Egyptian post-doctoral faculty members, professionals, and independent scholars to conduct research at American institutions.  Grant duration ranges from three to nine months.

Grant Types:
Arts Management Grants: Professionals in arts management and administration to pursue individual and/or structured programs of study designed to enhance their managerial capabilities
Lecturing/Research Grants at Selected American Universities: For scholars in the fields of: Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Advertising, Arabic World History, Culture and Language to lecture and conduct research at selected American institutions.  Awards are jointly funded by the Commission and its partner institutions.
Research Grants: For scholars in the humanities, sciences, or social sciences to conduct research at American institutions.

This fellowship program provides an opportunity to the fellows worldwide to gain experience in teaching in a global and creative environment within an extremely innovative university system. As Apeejay Stya University is committed to a high level of academic freedom, after auditing the classes as per the university norms, the fellows would be provided discretion on pedagogy, evaluation and adapting the in class syllabus according to their own teaching style. The fellows would also be provided access to the student body for research assistants along with a full support on any external grant applications.

Scholarship for students having interest in the field of Mass Communication and Journalism

Job Description: The School of Journalism and Mass Communication will awardmore than $17,000 in scholarships for the coming school year. It is easy to apply.

Some scholarships are based on financial need. Others are strictly merit-based and reward academic performance and
participation in student media and extracurricular activities.
