Kenyatta University M.Sc. Scholarship Programme in “Intregrated Soil Fertility Management (ISFM)”, Kenya

This will be a 2-year MSc programme with course work, examination and thesis with effect from September 2011. The programme has been developed with support from Alliance for Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA).
The programme is designed to take cognizance of new and emerging knowledge and skills in the management of soil fertility for sustainable soil productivity. It addresses the contemporary challenges and highly complex issues that affect soil productivity and sustainable development. The degree is intended to produce well trained scientists equipped with modern knowledge and skills for analyzing and interpreting data to solving the soil productivity challenges that are affecting farming communities in food production. The programme is also intended to avail excellent opportunities in broadening the students perspectives and vision for global market competitiveness, for careers in the environmental sector, fertilizer industry research and further training to PhD level.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to apply for admission in this MSc programme. We actively encourage applications form suitable female candidates. Female candidates from Mozambique are especially encouraged to apply.
